My first introduction to sand blasting was when I was hired to render new and classic designs for grave stones and prepare, layout and cut stencil materials. As a consequence, I became the first female member of the Indiana Stone Cutters Union. My next experience was at Dale Chihuly's school, Pilchuck in Stanwood, Washington; where I studied with Ann Warff and Claus Moje. Through the years I have specialized in architectural glass, carved and etched vessels and unique lamps and lighting fixtures. My current work is described and featured on this site. My design studio has been producing custom work since 1973. In 2006 I was appointed as a Cultural and Heritage Commissioner for the city of Anaheim, CA and held the position of chair...
